How to contact ScribePay Support service

We offer customer support through live chat, phone, and email. You can reach out to the ScribePay support team whether you need help with a technical issue or have a question about your Virtual card, E-money wallet, or control feature. Here’s how to contact our team:

Contacting ScribePay via live chat 

The live chat feature is available through the ScribePay app. Once you log in, tap the person icon at the top of the screen, then tap app settings, a live chart option should appear for you to get conversation going. This feature is available Monday – Saturday 8 AM – 8 PM so you can always get answers right away. 

The live chat is also available through the website.

Contacting ScribePay via email 

Our support team is also available via email. Just send an email to  clearly describing the issue you’re experiencing or the question you have. Be detailed so our team can respond promptly and accurately.

  • ScribePay Virtual Card– With ScribePay, there is one virtual card and app for all your subscriptions and online payments. When you pay for a subscription, we automatically track the subscription. In the app, you have the option to add a description to the subscription and set the amount you are willing to pay on a monthly basis. This is your rule, and we will never deviate from this rule except if you update this within the app.
  • ScribePay e-money wallet– You won’t have to switch bank accounts! You’re welcome to keep your current bank and use ScribePay on the side for all things subscription and online payment. That said, of course, we’re happy when so many of our customers choose to move all their subscriptions from their bank accounts or credit cards to us once they discover that using ScribePay is the Smart way to track, pay and manage subscriptions.
  • Subscription Guides – We love subscriptions and believe you should have the latest guides on what it is and if it is worth it.
